SANPETE VALLEY SPRINGTIME OHV TRAILS-
SPRING OHV TRAILS are low elevation areas with sage brush, juniper, and pinyon. They are great trails for an afternoon ride when there's snow at higher elevations- with impressive scenic views into the valley below. TRAIL ELEVATION: 5,000 - 7,000+ ft. BEST TIME TO RIDE: SPRING- April and May FALL- October and November *White Hills Area opens May 1st (critical wildlife habitat). TRAIL DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY: MODERATE, with a few MORE DIFFICULT sections. A street-legal OHV is recommended to access routes via paved highways. Access the trails from the towns of Ephraim, Spring City, Manti, Sterling, Mayfield, Gunnison, and Fayette. Nearby State Parks: Palisade State Park and Yuba State Park. |
